RealTime Networking, Inc. and our affiliated companies (hereafter collectively called RTN) rely on you, our customers, for our success. Before using our mobile application software products, associated services, plans and/ or scanning devices built for your convenience store business, we want you to know what information we may collect that identifies you personally, what we do with that information, and your choices about how that information will be used. The following Privacy Policy summarizes the various ways we treat personally identifiable and other information about you, your business, your mobile and/or other devices that you voluntarily or involuntarily disclose when you access, visit and/or use any one or more of our mobile or web software application(s), services plans and external scanning device, hereafter individually or collectively called ‘Service’. This Privacy Policy is applicable to all transactions that you might conduct on the web version of the ‘Service’ from our company website:

This Privacy Policy does not cover information collected elsewhere, including without limitation offline, business premises or services, if any linked to from this ‘Service’. By using any of our software products, service plans, or scanning devices, you confirm your acceptance of the clauses in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy is applicable to Mobile Application Software purchased at any of the three platforms available - Windows, Android and iOS simultaneously with website support.

1.The Type of Information the Service Collects

1.1 The Service generally collects personally identifiable information with your specific knowledge and consent. For instance, when you, make a purchase, conduct a business transaction , generate proprietary information , register an account/profile to access, visit and/or use certain portions of the Service, or the Service as a whole, you are required to login with the RTN provided User ID and password. You may provide a credit or debit card number, or other payment information, as well as your name, telephone number(s), email and/or street address of your business premises and/or residence, and other personally identifiable information during the course of usage of the Service. All such information shall be referred to in this Privacy Policy as your “Registration Information”.

1.2 Our servers may also automatically collect information about you, your online behavior and your mobile and/or other devices. The information collected may include, without limitation, the make, model, settings,specifications (e.g. Connection speed, browser type, operating system, device identifier) and geographic location of you and/or your mobile and/or other devices, as well as date/time stamp, IP address, time of visits, content viewed,etc.)

1.3 Services sold by RTN make use of location-based data. If you allow these services, we will collect information about the Wi-fi routers closest to you and the cell IDs of the towers closest to you. We use this information to provide the requested location-based service or feature of our Application Software, not to identify you.

2. How the Service Uses and Shares Information About You:

2.1 We use personally identifiable information you supply through the Service to provide you with the service, business intelligence and/or content you have requested.

2.2 Unless otherwise specified on the Service, RTN keeps your personal information confidential. We will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to others. Unless we have your permission, we will not use or share your personal information in ways unrelated to the ones described at the time you provide the data. RTN might engage service providers and suppliers (“agents”) to perform certain functions. For example, these agents may deliver products to you, provide product service and support, maintain Software information technology systems, and assist with marketing and communication initiatives. Those agents will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to perform the services. They are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information received on RTN’s behalf and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose. We may forward your information to third parties for services such as but not limited to credit card or other payment processing, credit authorization and address verification.

2.3 If you've registered with the Service, please use the mechanism or contact information on the Service that allows you to change or update your member preferences or information to keep all such data accurate and up-to-date. If no such mechanism or contact information is available on the Service, contact us as described below with your changes.

2.4 We reserve the right to access, use, and share with others your personally identifiable information for purposes of health, safety and other matters in the public interest.

2.5 We may also provide access to our database in order to cooperate with official investigations or legal proceedings initiated by governmental and/or law enforcement officials, as well as private parties, including, for example, in response to subpoenas, search warrants, court orders, or other legal process.

2.6 In addition, we reserve the right to use the information we collect about your mobile and/or other devices (including its geographic location), which may at times be able to identify you, for any lawful business purpose, including without limitation to help diagnose problems with our servers, to gather broad demographic information, analyze trends, track users' movements around the Service, and to otherwise administer the Service. Geographic location information about you and/or your mobile and/or other devices may specifically be used to show you customized content.

2.7 We reserve the right to use, transfer, sell, and share aggregated, anonymous data about our users as a group for any lawful business purpose, such as analyzing usage trends and seeking compatible advertisers, sponsors, clients and customers.

2.8 In addition, as our business changes, we may buy or sell various assets. In the event all or a portion of the assets owned or controlled by us, our parent or any subsidiary or affiliated entity are sold, assigned, transferred or acquired by another company, the information from and/or about our service users may be among the transferred assets.

2.9 We reserve the right to identify you from your Registration Information and/or to merge or co-mingle anonymous or non-personally identifiable data about you, your offline and online behavior, and/or your mobile or other devices (including its geographic location), with your Registration Information and/or other personally identifiable data for any lawful business purpose.

2.10 We may use your personal information to communicate with you. We may send certain mandatory service communications such as welcome letters, billing reminders, information on technical service issues, and support announcements. We may also use the information to communicate with you about new features, products or services, and/or to improve the services that we offer by tailoring them to your needs.

3. Tracking Technologies:

3.1 We or a third party contracted by us may use technologies such as cookies, beacons, or scripts to gather information about how you and others interact with our Service. For example, we will know how many users access a specific areas or features within our Service. We use this aggregated information to understand and optimize how our application is used, improve our marketing efforts, and provide content and features that are of interest to you. The use of Tracking Technologies by third parties is subject to their own privacy policies and we have no responsibility or liability in connection therewith.

In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the personal information we collect and maintain online. 5.1 Because no data transmission is completely secure, and no system of physical or electronic security is impenetrable, we cannot guarantee the security of the information you send to us or the security of our servers, networks or databases, and by using the Service you agree to assume all risk in connection with the information sent to us or collected by us when you access, visit and/or use the Service, including without limitation your personally identifiable information or other Registration Information, and we are not responsible for any loss of such information or the consequences thereof.

5.2 Moreover, if you elect to store or share information, such as your personally identifiable information or other Registration Information, where others may access it, we are not responsible for any loss of such information or the consequences thereof. If you lose your mobile or other devices, or it is stolen, that contains your personally identifiable information or other Registration Information, it is up to you to take all the steps necessary to protect yourself.

5.3 In the unlikely event that we believe that the security of your information in our possession or control may have been compromised, we may seek to notify you.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services or have any questions about the security of the Service contact us as described below.

6. Eligibility of Use:

6.1 This Service is not intended for use by children specified as those under age 18. No one under age 18 is allowed to register for the Service or provide any personally identifiable information on Our Service.

6.2 We encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. In the event that you are notified of the usage of our Service by a minor under your guardianship and you're worried about the minor’s activities or their privacy on the Service, contact us as described below.
